LUZ ECLETICA LDA, a company registered inPortugal (NIPC: 518687520).By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who Can Use BloomTo use Bloom:
• You must be at least
16 years old.• You must accept these Terms.
• You must use the Services only for lawful, personal, or professional purposes (not forresale).
Bloom is available to:

Patients tracking their nutrition, health-related behaviors, and habits.

Healthcare professionals (e.g., dietitians, nutritionists) working with patients.
2. What Bloom OffersFor patients (via the mobile app):• Food tracking (text, voice, or photo).
• Completion of a detailed pre-assessment.
• Notifications, visual summaries, and basic analytics.
• Interaction with a general-purpose AI assistant.
• Secure chat with a healthcare professional.
For healthcare professionals (via the web app):• Access to patient-submitted data.
• Analysis of pre-assessment and tracking input.
• Manual construction of personalized nutrition plans.
• Communication with patients.
• Support through structured summaries and treatment planning interfaces.
• Bloom is a support tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Allclinical decisions are made solely by healthcare professionals.
3. Your ResponsibilitiesYou agree to:
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Not misuse the platform (e.g., spamming, scraping, impersonation).
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Healthcare Professional ResponsibilitiesIf you are a healthcare professional:
• You are fully responsible for interpreting all patient data.
• You make all clinical decisions independently.
• You must not rely solely on any AI-based suggestion, report, or template provided by
Bloom.
• You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.
• Bloom is a digital support platform and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace the judgment of qualified medical professionals.
5. Privacy and Data UseUse of personal and health-related data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms anintegral part of these Terms.
All users have rights under GDPR, including the right to access, correct, delete, or export theirdata. To exercise these rights, contact:

6. Service Limitations• Bloom is currently in its MVP (Minimum Viable Product) stage.
• Features such as account deletion and data export may be handled manually.
• We may update, suspend, or restrict parts of the platform at any time.
• Bloom is not a certified medical device and is not registered under EU MDR.
7. Account TerminationWe may suspend or terminate your access if:
• You violate these Terms.
• You engage in harmful or fraudulent activities.
• We are legally required to do so.

8. Intellectual PropertyAll content within Bloom (design, features, text, software, etc.) belongs to LUZ ECLETICALDA or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
9. Liability DisclaimerBloom is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that:
• The platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• Any AI-generated insights or summaries will be clinically accurate or effective.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.
• We are not responsible for any clinical, personal, or business decisions made based on information within Bloom.
10. Governing Law and JurisdictionThese Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to theexclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
11. Changes to TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutesacceptance of the updated Terms.
